摘 要:针对复杂盘饼类零件铸造成形合格率低的弊端,本文提出了等温锻造生产盘饼类零件的方案。本文从零件的结构出发,拟定了三种原始坯料的结构,并对比研究了锻造过程中三种初始坯料结构对锻件应变的影响。结果表明,使用椭圆形坯料,锻件凸耳处应变较小,原始坯料质量少,节省原材料。In view of the disadvantage of low qualified rate of casting forming of complicated disk cake parts, the scheme of isothermal forging for producing disk cake parts was put forward. From the aspect of the structure of the part, the structure and sizes of the three kinds of billets were figued out. And the effect of the three initial blank structures on the forging strain was contrasted and studied. The results show that the strain at the convex ear of the forgings is smaller, the weight of the original blank is less and the raw material is saved by using the elliptical blank.
