摘 要:基于Simufact热锻模块对连杆热锻过程进行了数值模拟,分析了连杆锻造中的应力应变分布规律。结果表明:随着锻造的进行,锻件材料缓慢流动并逐渐充满腔体;锻造过程中飞边导致锻件在分模面产生应力集中;锻件折弯区域应变变化比较明显;锻件主体等效应力、应变等分布均匀且相对稳定。该研究结果能为连杆锻造成形及热锻工艺优化提供参考。The hot forging process of a connecting rod was numerically simulated based on the Simufact hot forging module. The stress and strain distribution law of the connecting rod forging was analyzed. The results show that as forging continues, the forging material flows slowly and fills the cavity gradually. In the process of forging, the flash edge leads to stress concentration of the forging on the die surface. The strain variation in the bending region of the forging is obvious. The distribution of the equivalent stress and strain in the main body of the forging is uniform and relatively stable. The research results can provide reference for forging forming and optimization of hot forging process of the connecting rods.
