摘 要:对MC3冷轧辊辊颈采用1Cr13材料以激光堆焊和氩弧堆焊两种方式进行修复,对两种不同修复方式的堆焊接头的组织和性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:使用激光堆焊可以获得细密的堆焊层以及更窄的热影响区,且热影响区无粗晶现象,因此焊后可不进行除应力,仅需焊后保温缓冷即可。激光堆焊成本较高,适合修复微小尺寸误差及轴承档磨损的修复,而氩弧焊成本较低,适合对较大面积及较深范围缺陷的修复。选择修复方式时应参考实际情况而定。The MC3 cold roller neck was repaired with 1Cr13 welding material by means of laser cladding and argon arc cladding, and the microstructure and properties of welded joints with two different repair modes were compared and analyzed.The results show that fine cladding and more narrow heat affected zone can be obtained by using laser cladding, and no coarse grain zone appears in heat affected zone. Therefore, stress relief treatment can be canceled and it only needs heat preservation and slow cooling after laser welding. Laser cladding has higher cost and it is suitable for repair of small size error and bearing retainer wear, while the repair of larger area and deeper defects can be carried out by using argon arc cladding for lower cost.The choice of repair methods should be based on the actual situation.
