摘  要:利用扫描电镜、直读光谱仪和金相显微镜研究了螺纹钢筋的断口形貌、化学成分和显微组织,结果表明:其化学成分和产品说明书基本一致;裂纹起源于断口上的夹杂物,能谱分析显示,该位置存在O、Si、Cl、K、Ca等多种元素;同时该位置存在淬火马氏体,导致韧性下降,再加上材料存在疏松类的冶金质量缺陷,在受到外力作用的过程中产生应力集中,导致了早期断裂。The fracture morphology,chemical composition and microstructure of twisted steel were analyzed by scanning electron microscope, direct reading spectrometer and metallographic microscope. The results show that the chemical composition is as same as the product specification. The crack originates from the inclusions on the fracture surface, and the energy spectrum analysis shows that there are many elements such as O, Si, Cl, K, Ca and so on. At the same time, the quenching martensite exists in this position, which leads to the decrease of toughness. In addition to the porous metallurgical quality defects in material, the stress concentration produces in the process of external force, which leads to early fracture.
