α-硫辛酸联合前列腺素E1治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察α-硫辛酸联合前列腺素E1对糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效以及应用价值。方法选取我院收治的168例糖尿病周围神经病变患者。采取随机数字表法随机分成观察组与对照组。对照组单纯给予α-硫辛酸,观察组采取α-硫辛酸联合前列腺素E1的治疗方式。结果观察组疗效统计显示,总有效率95.24%,对照组84.52%,观察组治疗效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组神经传导速度(50.28±1.73)明显高于对照组(44.65±3.26),对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论α-硫辛酸联合前列腺素E1在糖尿病周围神经病变治疗中效果显著,对改变病人的神经传导速度具有显著疗效,临床应用价值高于单纯应用α-硫辛酸,值得推广和广泛应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of α-lipoic acid combined with prostaglandin E1 on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and its clinical value. Methods 168 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from were selected. A random number table method were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with α-lipoic acid, the observation group was treated with alpha lipoic acid combined with prostaglandin E1. Results The curative effect of the observation group showed that the total effective rate was 95.24% and that of the control group was 84.52%, The treatment efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）. The nerve conduction velocity in the observation group（50.28±1.73） was significantly higher than that in the control group（44.65±3.26）, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion α-lipoic acid combined with prostaglandin E1 is effective in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and has a significant effect on changing the nerve conduction velocity of patients. The clinical value of α-lipoic acid combined with prostaglandin E1 is higher than that of alpha lipoic acid alone. Worth to promote and widely used.
