摘　　要：目的探讨tct检查与组织病理活检在宫颈病变诊断中的作用分析。方法选取2015年5月至2017年5月我院收治的100例在妇科门诊、住院以及普查的疑似宫颈病变患者,采用阴道病理活检联合tct检测进行诊断。通过细胞学形态和tct检测有无异常分析有无患宫颈病变以及良性病灶和恶性病灶的鉴别和检出率。结果选取的100例宫颈tct检测与阴道病理结果显示,磷状细胞癌病理学(scl)符合率为25.81%(8/31),高级别临床上皮内病变(Hsil)符合率为88.89%(8/9),低级别磷状上皮内病变(lsil)符合率75.00(18/24),腺癌(ac)符合率100.00%(1/1),不典型磷状细胞(asc)18例,不典型腺细胞(aGc)1例,诊断为炎症和湿疹的分别为11例和6例。结论在宫颈病变诊断中应用tct检查可有效提高宫颈病变的阳性检出率,避免漏诊、误诊的发生,可利用其对癌前病变tBs分级和形态学改变联合病理学检查使临床诊断细致化,为制定临床治疗计划和预后提供更加准确的依据。Objective To investigate the role of TCT and histopathology in the diagnosis of cervical lesions. Methods From May2015 to May 2017, 100 cases of suspected cervical lesions in gynecologic clinic, hospitalization and census were selected and diagnosed by vaginal biopsy and TCT test. Through cytology and TCT detection of abnormalities with or without cervical lesions, and benign and malignant lesions of the identification and detection rate. Results 100 cases of cervical TCT test and vaginal pathology results showed that the coincidence rate of pathological（SCL） of P-cell carcinoma was 25.81%（8/31） and that of high-grade clinical intraepithelial lesion（HSIL） was 88.89%（8/9）, LSIL 75.00（18/24）, adenocarcinoma（AC） 100.00%（1/1）, and atypical Porphyromocytoma（ASC） 18 cases, 1 case of atypical glandular cells（AGC）, 11 cases diagnosed as inflammatory and eczema and 6 cases of eczema. Conclusion The application of TCT in the diagnosis of cervical lesions can effectively improve the positive detection rate of cervical lesions, to avoid missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis can be used to precancerous lesions TBS grading and morphological changes combined with pathological examination to make the clinical diagnosis is fine, as Develop a clinical treatment plan and prognosis to provide a more accurate basis.
