摘　　要：两广"六一事变"后,蒋介石欲向广东扩展党、政、军权力。通过对各方人事关系的调整,国民党中央虽得以直接掌控该省,但实力派军权外溢的态势始终未消,直至抗战爆发,广东军政关系仍旧紧张。省党部作为二者的中间地带,遂成为军、政双方均思染指的目标。此时,身为中央组织部部长的朱家骅,为掌握粤省党务领导权,亦有意培植私人在粤势力。战时粤省政局遂成为地方实力派军人、政客与党内派系势力相互博弈的舞台。此类历史上屡见不鲜的权力斗争迷局,仍反映了国民党执政时期省级政治生态的某些基本特征。与帝制时代相比,党治时代的多元权力结构为政治权力竞逐增添了更为纷繁复杂的变数。After June 1st Incident in Guangdong and Guangxi provinces,Chiang Kai-shek had the intention to extend his power of the KMT,the Government and the military to Guangdong province. Through adjustment of personnel relations among different sects,the KMT Central Committee was able to put Guangdong under its direct control. The expansion of big guys' military power,however,remained unchecked,and the military-political relationship in Guangdong was still in tension until the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese Invasion War. The KMT provincial headquarter in Guangdong,as an intermediate zone of the civil-military antagonism,became the prey of the powers of the two sides.Zhu Jiahua,then the director of the Organization Department of the KMT Central Committee,was also eager to increase his own influence in Guangdong,intending to grab the Party's leadership.During wartime,Guangdong Province therefore became the arena for local military powers,politicians and the Party factions. Such power struggles,though not infrequent in history,reflect some basic characteristics of the provincial political environment during the KMT governance. Compared with the imperial era,the Party-ruling era with its multi-power structure witnesses a political power competition of more complicated variables.
