摘 要:目的研究高乌头Aconitum sinomontanum根的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20、半制备高效液相等色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果从高乌头根80%乙醇提取物中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为6β,7β,8β,15α-tetrahydroxy-1α,14α,16β,18β-tetramethoxy-aconitan-19-en(1)、飞燕草碱(2)、lepenine(3)、napelline(4)、kirinine B(5)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为冉乌宁J,化合物2~5为首次从高乌头中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Aconitum sinomontanum. Methods Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, and other chromatographic techniques were used for separation and purification. The structures were elucidated by physiochemical methods and spectral data. Results Five compounds were isolated from the 80% ethanol extract in the roots of A. sinomontanum, and their structures were identified as 6β,7β,8β,15α-tetrahydroxy-1α,14α,16β,18β-tetramethoxy-aconitan-19-en(1), delcosine(2), lepenine(3), napelline(4), and kirinine B(5). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named sinomontanum J. Compounds 2—5 are isolated from A. sinomontanum for the first time.
