摘 要:[目的]建立了青菜中2种菊酯类农药的新型QuEChERS法提取净化,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器检测技术。[方法]研究考察了基质效应,QuEChERS法萃取技术,样品用乙腈和氯化钠均质盐析法提取,采用无水硫酸镁、PSA和Envi-carb混合填料分散萃取净化,结合气相色谱-电子捕获检测器检测,溴氰菊酯用内标法定量,联苯菊酯外标法定量。[结果]在优化的条件下,2种农药均具有较好的线性相关性,线性相关系数R^2均大于0.9991,添加回收率、相对标准偏差分别为94.2%~101.6%、1.5%~3.1%;方法的最低检出质量分数均为0.005 mg/kg。[结论]建立的青菜中2种农药残留的检测技术,方法操作简单、快速、环保、灵敏度高、准确性好。[Aims] A new, rapid, specific and sensitive multi-residue analysis method based on the Qu ECh ERS sample preparation method and gas chromatography with electron capture detection(GC-ECD) was established. [Methods] Matrix effect and Qu ECh ERS methods were investigated. Green vegetables were extracted with acetonitrile and sodium chloride, then cleaned-up using anhydrous magnesium sulfate, PSA and Envi-carb solid phase extraction(SPE) filler,determinated using internal standard and external standard method for deltamethrin and bifenthrin in green vegetables separately. [Results] Bifenthrin and deltamethrin had good linear relation with R^2 of no less than 0.9991. The recovery rate and relative standard devition(RSD) were 94.2-101.6% and 1.5-3.1%, respectively. The method was sensitive with the limits of detection(S/N=3) of no more than 0.005 mg/kg. [Conclusions] The developed method has proved convenient, time-saving, environmental-friendly, accurate and sensitive.
