摘  要:[目的]乙蒜素是一种广谱杀菌剂,测定其对植物病原菌的毒力作用和田间药效,为在生产上推广应用提供依据。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率抑制法测定乙蒜素对9种植物病原真菌的毒力作用,同时测定乙蒜素对5种病害的田间药效。[结果]乙蒜素对供试的植物病原菌均有一定的抑制作用,在相同质量浓度0.08 mg/L条件下,对重楼灰霉病菌、水稻稻曲病菌、水稻纹枯病菌和油菜菌核病菌的抑制作用达50%以上,其EC_(50)值分别为0.0128、0.0139、0.0484、0.0585 mg/L。田间试验结果表明,乙蒜素对重楼灰霉病有较好的防治效果,株防效为72%。[结论]在田间,乙蒜素对重楼灰霉病防治效果较好。[Aims] Ethylicin is a broad-spectrum fungicide. This study aims to provide basis for popularization and application by evaluating toxicity and field efficacy of ethylicin. [Methods] The toxicity of ethylicin to nine plant pathogens was determined by the method of mycelia growth, and the filed efficacy of 5 diseases was also determined.[Results] The laboratory toxicity tests showed that ethylicin had a certain inhibitory effect on tested pathogens. At the same concentration of 0.08 mg/L, the inhibitory effect was more than 50% for Botrytis cinerea, Ustilaginoidea virens,Rhizoctonia solani and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and its EC_(50) was 0.0128, 0.0139, 0.0484 and 0.0585 mg/L, respectively.The results of field experiments showed that ethylicin had a good control effect on gray mold of Paris polyphylla with plant control effect of 72%. [Conclusions] Ethylicin had a good effect for control of gray mold of paris polyphylla in the field.
