摘  要:目的探讨踝关节镜治疗慢性踝关节外侧不稳定术后使用动静脉足泵对踝关节肿胀程度的影响。方法选择2015-06/2017-06月作者科室行全关节镜下改良Bromstrom手术治疗慢性踝关节外侧不稳定患者36人,将其随机分为常规护理组和综合护理组,常规护理组术后应用冰敷治疗,综合护理组除常规进行冰敷治疗外,还进行动静脉足泵治疗。分别评估两组术后2 d、5 d和14 d踝关节的疼痛和肿胀程度。结果术后2 d、5 d综合护理组的疼痛评分优于常规护理组,肿胀程度较常规护理组轻,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后14 d两组患者疼痛评分较术前均有明显改善(P<0.05),肿胀程度无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论动静脉足泵能有效减轻踝关节镜治疗慢性踝关节外侧不稳定术后早期的肿胀和疼痛,可对患者早日康复起到积极作用。Objective To explore the effect of arteriovenous foot pump on the ankle joint swelling after ankle arthroscopy for chronic lateral ankle instability.Methods From June 2015 to June 2017,36 patients with chronic lateral ankle instabilities underwent arthroscopic modified Bromstrom were randomly divided into routine nursing group and compositive nursing group.The routine nursing group was treated with ice compress.In addition to the routine ice compress,the compositive nursing group was also performed arteriovenous foot pump treatment.The pain and swelling degree of ankle joints of two groups in 2,5 and 14 days were assessed respectively.Results The pain scores and swelling degrees of compositive nursing group in 2 and 5 days were better than those of the routine nursing group(P〈0.05).After 14 days,the pain scores of two groups were significantly improved after surgrey(P〈0.05),but there was no significantly different in the swelling degrees(P〉0.05).Conclusion Arteriovenous foot pump can effectively reduce the swelling and pain in the early postoperative period of ankle arthroscopy for chronic lateral ankle instability,which can play apositive role in the early recovery of patients.
