质子泵抑制剂治疗飞行员应激性溃疡的应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨质子泵抑制剂治疗应激性溃疡的应用价值,为飞行员治疗应激性溃疡提供参考。方法选取来自空军总医院消化内科的应激性溃疡飞行员病例42例,随机均分为质子泵抑制剂治疗组和非质子泵抑制剂治疗组,各21例。治疗1周后比较两组患者的治疗有效率以及平均止血时间、胃液pH值、血清中胃泌素水平。结果质子泵抑制剂治疗组的治疗总有效率明显高于非质子泵抑制剂治疗组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);平均止血时间明显短于非质子泵抑制剂治疗组,治疗1周后胃液pH以及血清促胃液素水平显示指标优于非质子泵抑制剂治疗组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用质子泵抑制剂对飞行员应激性溃疡的治疗较好,具有很高的应用价值,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of proton pump inhibitor for stress ulcer so as to provide a clinical reference for the treatment of pilots＇ stress ulcer.Methods Forty-two cases with stress ulcer pilots from gastroenterology department in Air Force General Hospital were randomly divided into proton pump inhibitor group and non-proton pump inhibitor group,21 cases each.The effective rate,average bleeding time,gastric juice pH and serum gastrin levels between two groups were compared after a week treatment.Results The total effective rate of proton pump inhibitor group was higher than that of non-proton pump inhibitor group,but no significantly differences were found between two groups（P〉0.05）.The average bleeding time of proton pump inhibitor group was obviously shorter than that of non-proton pump inhibitor group,the gastric juice PH and serum gastrin levels were better than those of non-proton pump inhibitor group after a week treatment（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of proton pump inhibitor is a better treatment for pilot stress ulcer,which is worthy of clinical application.
