军队干休所保健护士总体幸福感影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨军队干休所保健护士总体幸福感现状及其影响因素,为提升其幸福感提供理论参考依据。方法选用一般情况调查表、总体幸福感量表、应付方式问卷及心理健康知识问卷,对某军医大学参加全军干休所保健护士全科医学轮训的457名学员进行调查。结果 (1)军队干休所保健护士总体幸福感高于国内女性常模水平,二者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)不同年龄、受教育程度、健康状况、行政职务的军队干休所保健护士总体幸福感总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)总体幸福感与自责、幻想、退避、合理化等呈显著负相关(P<0.01),与精神卫生知识呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。(4)进入军队干休所保健护士总体幸福感回归方程的自变量依次为:受教育程度、自责、退避、精神卫生知识,这4个变量联合预测19.3%因变量的变异。结论军队干休所保健护士总体幸福感较好,采取自责、幻想、退避、合理化应对方式越少,精神卫生知识越多,总体幸福感越好。受教育程度、自责、退避、精神卫生知识是影响军队干休所保健护士总体幸福感的主要因素。Objective To discuss the current situation of the genral well-being and its influencing factors of health nurses in the military cadre＇s sanatorium,and provide a theoretical reference for improving their happiness.Methods A total of 457 students of a military medical university participated in the general medicine rotation training for health nurses in military cadre＇s sanatorium were investigated by general situation questionnaire,general well-being scale,coping style questionnaire and mental health knowledge questionnaire.Results（1）The general well-being of health nurses in military cadre＇s sanatorium was higher than that of domestic female norm（P〈0.01）.（2）There were significantly differences in the general well-being of health nurses in military cadre＇s sanatorium at different ages,education degrees,health status and administrative posts（P〈0.01）.（3）General well-being was negatively correlated with self-blame,fantasy,avoidance and rationalization,etc（P〈0.01）,but positively correlated with mental health knowledge（P〈0.01）.（4）The independent variables of the regression equation for the general well-being of health nurses entered military cadre＇s sanatorium successively were education degree,self-blame,avoidance,mental health knowledge.These four variables jointly predicted the variation of 19.3% dependent variable.Conclusion The health nurses in the cadre＇s sanatorium has a good general well-being.The less self-blame,fantasy,avoidance and rationalization coping styles,the more mental health knowledge,the better general well-being.The education degree,self-blame,avoidance and mental health knowledge are the main factors that affects the general well-being of health nurses in military cadre＇s sanatorium.
