摘  要:目的:制定高压酒蒸黄连饮片的质量标准。方法:分别对高压酒蒸黄连饮片进行性状、薄层鉴别、显微鉴别、水分、总灰分和醇溶性浸出物测定;采用高效液相色谱法对酒蒸黄连饮片中的生物碱进行含量测定。结果:本品表面棕黄色至深棕色,微带焦斑,断面淡黄色至棕黄色,质硬,易折断;薄层鉴别与供试品和对照药材在相同位置有相同颜色的斑点;拟定酒蒸黄连饮片水分不得超过12.0%,总灰分不得超过3.5%,醇溶性浸出物不得少于15.0%;本品按干燥品计算,以盐酸小檗碱(C_(20)H_(18)ClNO_4)计,含小檗碱(C_(20)H_(17)NO_4)不得少于5.0%,含表小檗碱(C_(20)H_(17)NO_4)、黄连碱(C_(19)H_(13)NO_4)和巴马汀(C_(21)H_(21)NO_4)的总量不得少于3.3%。结论:初步建立了高压酒蒸黄连质量标准。Objective:To establish the quality standard of high pressure wine steamed RhizomaCoptidis.Methods:The quality,TLC identification,microscopic identification,moisture content,total ash and alcohol soluble extract of the prepared Rhizoma Coptidis with high pressure liquor were determined respectively.HPLC method was used to determine the content of alkaloids in steamed RhizomaCoptidis.Results:The surface of this product is brownish yellow to dark brown,with micro focus,and the section is light yellow to brownish yellow.It is hard to break.The formulation of wine steamed Rhizoma Coptidis Decoction moisture shall not exceed 12%,total ash shall not exceed 3.5%,alcohol soluble extract shall not be less than 15%.This product is calculated on dry goods,berberine hydrochloride(C(20)H(18)ClNO4),containing berberine(C(20)H(17)NO4)containing not less than 5%,epiberberine(C(20)H(17)NO4),Huang Lianjian(C19H13NO4)and Ba Mating(C21H21NO4)the total amount of not less than 3.3%.Conclusion:The quality standard of high pressure steamed Rhizoma Coptidis was established preliminarily.
