温和灸背俞穴对2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者血清中OPG、RANKL、DKK-1蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察温和灸治疗前后2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者血清中OPG、RANKL和DKK-1蛋白表达的变化情况,探讨温和灸背俞穴对2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者的临床疗效。方法:选取12例糖尿病性骨质疏松(DOP)患者行温和灸治疗,采用Western印迹法检测患者治疗前后血清中骨保护素(Osteoprotegerin,OPG),核因子-κB受体活化因子(Receptor activator of NK-κb ligand,RANKL)和糖蛋白Dickkop(Dickkop,DKK-1)的表达水平。结果:治疗后,患者血清中OPG的表达量增加,与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);DKK-1和RANKL的表达量无明显改变(P>0.05),但OPG/RANKL值显著提高。结论:温和灸背俞穴治疗DOP的作用机制可能与上调血清中OPG的表达有关。Objective：To observe the changes of the Serum Protein Level of OPG,RANKL and DKK-1 before and after the treatment.To investigate the mechanisms of Mild Moxlbustion treatment for patients with 2 Type diabetes Combined with Osteoporosis（DOP）.Methods：12 cases（diagnosed as DOP patients）were treated with Mild moxibustion on the basis of Caltrate D.Western blotting method to detect the expression of OPG,RANKL and DKK-1 proteins in the serum of patient before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,the content of OPG in the serum of patients was increased.There is a significant difference compared to before treatment（P〈0.01）.And there was no significant change in the content of RANKL and DKK-1（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The mechanism of mild moxibustion of Back-Shu Acupoints therapy for DOP may be associated with up-regulate the expression of OPG.
