安智灵方治疗老年痴呆临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟安智灵方治疗老年痴呆的临床疗效。方法:将80例老年痴呆患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组患者给予西医常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予自拟安智灵方治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者总有效率为87.5%(35/40),显著高于对照组的65.0%(26/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安智灵方治疗老年痴呆临床疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of anzhiling decoction in the treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease.Methods：80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in control group were given routine treatment;40 patients in the observation group treated with anzhiling treatment group on the basis of statistics.Results：two groups of patients after treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group was 87.5%（35/40）,significantly higher than the control group 65.0%（26/40）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The observation group application with an Zhiling Decoction in the treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease and control group curative effect is obviously improved.
