颈动脉斑块影响因素的病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨颈动脉斑块的影响因素。方法选取2016年1月1日‐2016年7月1日间,进行颈动脉超声检查时,检出颈动脉斑块者188例作为病例组,按照年龄±3岁以内、性别相同的原则进行1︰2匹配,颈动脉超声结果正常者376例作为对照组,采用健康自测问卷询问受检者既往吸烟、饮酒、锻炼情况,并收集研究对象2012年体检数据,采用条件Logistic回归分析方法进行统计,分析动脉粥样硬化的影响因素。结果与对照组相比,吸烟、高血压、高血脂、高尿酸发生颈动脉斑块的风险高,OR(95%CI)分别为1.680(1.152~2.450)、1.647(1.143~2.374)、1.950(1.313~2.897)、1.642(1.101~2.449)。结论高血压、高血脂、高尿酸、吸烟是颈动脉斑块的危险因素。【Objective】To investigate the influencing factors of carotid plaque.【Methods】A total of 188 cases of carotid atherosclerotic plaques were detected by carotid artery ultrasonography from January 1, 2016 to July 1, 2016. According to the principle of the age of 3 years old and the same sex, 376 cases of normal carotid artery ultrasound were used as the control group, and the healthy Kang self-test questionnaire was used to inquire about the past smoking of the subjects. The data of the physical examination in 2012 were collected and the conditional Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of atherosclerosis.【Results】Compared with the control group, smoking, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and high uric acid had higher risk of carotid plaque, and OR（95%CI） were 1.680（1.152 to 2.450）, 1.647（1.143 to 2.374）, 1.950（1.313 to 2.897）, 1.642（1.101 to 2.449）.【Conclusions】Hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia and smoking are risk factors of carotid plaques.
