摘 要:设计了1根纯型钢对比梁和3根型钢外包活性粉末混凝土(RPC)组合梁,通过试验研究型钢与RPC组合结构的受力性能.试验结果表明:在型钢四周外包1层RPC后,试验梁的承载力得到了大幅度的提升.随着RPC强度等级的提高,型钢外包RPC组合梁的开裂荷载和承载能力均有所提高,但提高的幅度并不十分明显.在剪跨比λ=1.5的情况下,型钢外包RPC组合梁最终发生了弯曲破坏,并且具有良好的延性.按照相关规范的最小配箍率配置箍筋,能有效避免发生粘结劈裂破坏.推导出了受弯承载力理论计算公式,与试验值吻合得较好.型钢外包RPC组合梁表现出优良的使用性能和耐久性能,同时能够大幅度地减小构件的截面尺寸,具有十分重要的工程应用价值.One pure shaped steel contrast beam and three shaped steel encircled with reactive powder concrete(RPC)composite beams are designed for studying mechanical performance of shaped steel-RPC composite structure by tests.The test results show that the bearing capacity of these test beams is improved obviously.The cracking loads and bearing capacities of these test beams increase with the RPC strength grades;but the range is not obvious.Under the condition of shear span ratioλ=1.5,the shaped steel encircled with RPC composite beams fail in flexural failure,finally with good ductility.The adhesive failure can be effectively avoided by the minimum stirrup ratio referred to the Chinese existing code.A thearetical calculation formula of flexural bearing capacity is deduced,which has a good agreement with the test results.The steel encircled with RPC composite beams show their excellent using performance and durability,so as to reduce the section size,having very important value for application.
