摘  要:以有机染料偶氮蓝为底质,分别在不同碳源量和氮源量的条件下进行菌体与底质共培养实验,探讨其分泌产生的漆酶活性及降解性能。结果表明:彩绒革盖菌的菌体生长需要的碳源量较多,而氮源量达到一定程度时相反会抑制菌体的生长;在菌体与底物共培养的前期分泌产生的漆酶活性不稳定且较低,但后期逐渐趋向稳定;在不同氮源添加量的液体培养基中偶氮蓝的脱色率最高可达94.5%,但过多的碳源会影响其降解活动。Taking the organic dye evans blue as the substrate, the co-culture experiment was conducted under the conditions of different carbon source and nitrogen source, and the secreted laccase activity and degradation per-formance of the mycelium by the were investigated. Results showed that: mycelium needed more carbon sources quantity for growing, and the growth of the mycelium will be inhibited by a certain amount of nitrogen. The secreted laccase activity in the early stage of co-culture of mycelium and substrate was unstable and low, but it tended to be stable in the later stage. The decolorization rate of evans blue in liquid medium with different nitrogen sources was up to 94.5%, but excessive carbon source would affect its degradation activity.
