摘 要:蒸汽相催化交换是水去氚化的一项经典技术,通常反应温度为200℃。本文开展了200℃以上的高温蒸汽相催化交换实验研究,包括填充材料对比测试、不同温度下的交换平衡常数测定以及不同工艺条件下的催化交换实验;结果表明,泡沫镍适合用作高温催化交换反应的填料,交换平衡常数在200~500℃间随着温度升高不断增大,气/水比增大会导致氢和水中氘浓度都降低,泡沫镍填料在300℃、气/水比1∶1条件下的催化交换反应的空速为380h^(-1);本研究可为蒸汽相催化交换水降氚的工程设计提供有益参考。Vapor phase catalytic exchange is a typical method for water detritiation, and the reaction temperature is usually 200℃. The catalytic exchange reaction at temperature higher than 200℃ was studied in this paper,such as comparative test of packing materials, measurement of equilibrium constant at different temperature and ex-change experiment with different parameters. The results showed that foamed nickel is feasible to be used as packing material at high temperature, equilibrium constant increases with temperature in 200 -500℃, the deuterium concentration both in hydrogen and water decreases with the increase of ratio of gas/water flow rate, the space velocity of foamed nickel is 380 h^-1 at 300℃ with ratio of gas/water 1∶1.This study can provide a reference for engineering design of vapor phase catalytic exchange.
