摘 要:受限于工程布置,泵站工程有时只能采用侧向进水,侧向进水泵站的前池多存在流态紊乱现象,严重时会引起机组振动,甚至影响水泵安全运行。为改善流态,采用ANSYS CFX软件,基于k-ε湍流模型,以徐州市某泵站为例,进行了无整流措施及多种整流措施下的数值模拟。结果表明:无整流措施时泵站前池内出现较大范围的回流区;于进水弯道处设置整流栅和底坎,配合进水池进口设置的多个导流墩,前池内回流区域大大压缩,整流后近进水池断面上轴向流速均匀度提高了9.8%,研究结果可为有效改善类似单侧向进水泵站流态提供参考。The flow pattern in forebay of side-inlet water pumping station is often disordered,which usually causes severe vibration of pump units. To improve the flow pattern,based on the k-ε turbulence model,taking a pumping station in Xuzhou City as an example,ANSYS CFX software is applied to study the flow pattern in forebay with different engineering measures. The results show that there is a relatively large recirculation zone in the forebay originally; after a set of diversion piers and a sill are installed at the channel bend connected with forebay,the recirculation region is much smaller,and the axial flow velocity uniformity at the cross-section near inlet passage improved by9.8%. The research results could be for reference to improve the flow pattern in forebay by similar side-inlet pumping stations.
