摘　　要：目的了解德阳市男男同性性行为人群(men who have sex with men,MSM)艾滋病防治知识知晓率、高危行为特征、HIV、梅毒和丙肝感染状况及影响因素。方法按照《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案操作手册》,对MSM人群进行问卷调查,并采集静脉血样进行HIV、梅毒和丙肝的血清学检测。研究采用2011-2017年德阳市MSM哨点监测数据,分析7年以来MSM人群的人口学特征、高危行为状况和血清学结果及变化趋势。结果 2011-2017年全市共监测2 237例MSM,HIV抗体阳性280人,阳性率为12.52%;梅毒阳性91人,阳性率为4.07%;丙肝阳性10人,阳性率为0.45%。监测对象艾滋病知识知晓率为99.00%以上;最近6个月,被调查者与同性发生肛交性行为坚持每次使用安全套比例为31.40%~52.50%;2014-2017年调查对象近6个月有发生商业同性性行为的现象。结论德阳市MSM艾滋病防治知识知晓率很高,但艾滋病等性传播疾病感染率较高,高危行为较普通,安全套使用情况不理想,应继续加强对该人群的行为干预,探索针对该人群有效的干预手段。Objective To understand the acknowledge about HIV/AIDS prevention and control,high-risk behavior characteristics,HIV,Syphilis and Hepatitis C infection status and their influencing factors among men who have sex with men（ MSM） in Deyang. Methods According to the National AIDS Sentinel Surveillance Implementation Plan Operation Manual,the MSM group was investigated and their blood samples were collected for serological testing of HIV,Syphilis and Hepatitis C. This paper used the MSM sentinel monitoring data from 2011 to 2017 in Deyang to analyze the demographic characteristics,high risk behavior and serological results and trends of the MSM group. Results From 2011 to 2017,a total of 2 237 cases of MSM were monitored in the city,280 people were positive in HIV antibody,and the positive rate was12. 52%. The positive rate of Syphilis was 4. 07% in 91 people. The positive rate of Hepatitis C was 0. 45% in10 people. The HIV/AIDS awareness rate of the monitored subjects was more than 99. 00%. In the last 6 months,the proportion of MSM who had anal sex and used condom was 31. 40% to 52. 50%. In 2014-2017,the respondents reported that they had commercial homosexual sex in recent 6 months. Conclusion The MSM group in Deyang city had high awareness of HIV/AIDS,but the infection rate of sexually transmitted disease,such as AIDS,was rather high,the high-risk sex behavior was normal,and the use of condoms was not ideal.Government should continue to strengthen the behavior intervention among the MSM group,and to explore more effective interventions for them.
