摘  要:通过研究带钢表面的白斑缺陷形貌特征,利用扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪对白斑成分进行了分析,成分化验结果显示白斑含有大量的碳元素,另外还有少量的氧,从而确定了白斑缺陷的主要化学成分。由聚氨酯胶辊发生脱胶产生的白斑缺陷,经过酸轧工序无法消失,甚至经过连续退火工艺仍然非常明显。为减少这种缺陷的危害,结合生产提出了预防白斑的措施,即采取平时巡检、建立辊子档案、修改辊子投入时序等措施,将聚氨酯胶辊脱落造成的白斑缺陷危害降到最低。The morphological characteristics of sliver defects on the surface of steel strip were studied and the chemical composition of sliver defects was analyzed by scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer. Analysis showed that sliver defects contained a large amount of carbon and a small amount of oxygen. Thus, the main chemical components of the sliver defect are determined. And sliver defects were caused by degumming of polyurethane cots. It is impossible to be removed by acid rolling process. And even after the continuous annealing process, it is still quite obvious. To reduce the harm of this defect, measures to prevent sliver defects are put forward concerning its production including usual inspection, establishing roller files and modifying the roll charging sequence so as to minimize the harm of silver defects.
