摘  要:对20mm厚度高强韧结构钢Q890E进行不同温度的淬火和回火试验,研究调质工艺对试验钢力学性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明:淬火温度和回火温度对试验钢力学性能和显微组织的影响明显,综合强韧性的匹配,试验钢淬火温度适宜在890~910℃;当淬火温度为910℃时,试验钢具有较大的回火工艺窗口,在500~650℃回火,力学性能都满足标准要求。In this paper, the experiment of quenching and tempering at different temperature was carried out on 20mm thick high strength high toughness Q890E structural plate to study the effect of QT process on mechanical properties and microstructure of the test steel. The test results show that in a fully austenitic condition, influence of quenching temperature on the tensile strength is not obvious, the grain size differences caused by different quenching temperatures makes much more influence on low temperature impact toughness and the ideal temperature is within 890-910 ℃. When quenched at 910 ℃, the window for tempering process is relatively wider, and when tempered at 500-650 ℃, the mechanical properties can all meet the requirements.
