摘  要:针对首钢京唐烧结脱硫的教训及太钢烧结烟气治理的成功经验,首钢京唐球团烟气治理采取活性焦干法技术,活性焦加热解析再生释放出的高浓度SO2气体用于生产一等品浓硫酸。利用软件对管道内烟气均匀分布状况进行分析,结果表明:主管道上最远端的4号支管流量最高,2号、3号支管流量接近,且比4号支管流量低26%左右,将4号支管调节阀开度设定为74%,以保证两列8个塔烟气量基本均。应用表明,活性焦烟气综合治理技术首次在大型带式焙烧机球团上实现应用,尽管发生过事故及后续外排SO2浓度高于设计值,但针对京唐球团烟气的复杂工况条件,还是积累了经验,有利于活性焦干法技术向处理复杂烟气方面发展。According to the lessons of Shougang Jingtang sintering and the successful experience of Tisco sintering flue gas desulfurization, the active coke flue gas treatment technology was adopted in Shougang Jingtang pellet plant. The high concentration SO2 gas would be released from the activated coke, and produced to first-class sulfuric acid. Software research showed that, the most remote No. 4 branch on the main pipe has the highest flow, the No. 2 and No. 3 were close to each other, that was about 26% less than the No. 4 branch, would set the opening of the No. 4 branch control valve to 74%, and ensured that the two columns of 8 towers had basically uniform flue gas. The application showed that the activated coke flue gas comprehensive treatment technology was first applied to pellet of large belt roaster, despite the occurrence of accidents and subsequent efflux SO2 concentration is higher than the design value, but in view of the complex conditions of the Jingtang pellets, and the experience was accumulated, which will be conducive to the development of active coking technology to deal with complex flue gas development.
