摘 要:采用有限差量法,重点研究SG60型焦炉炉墙减薄对传热、炉温变化、炉墙结构强度及焦炭产量的影响。研究结果表明:使用薄炉墙焦炉,可大大提高传热量,且炉墙减薄后,装煤初期炭化室墙面温度下降的程度反而会减少,避免了因激冷激热而损坏炉墙硅砖。研究还表明,薄炉墙焦炉的炉墙结构强度是完全合理的。炉墙减薄后,结焦时间由17.5h减少到15.9h,干全焦年产量增加,会带来较好的经济效益。Finite difference method was used by Beijing Shougang International Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. to study the influence of thin oven chamber wall of SG60 coke oven on heat transfer, oven temperature change, structural strength of oven chamber wall and coke production. The results indicated that capacity of heat transmission of thin oven chamber wall was greatly improved, meanwhile, temperature drop of the carbonization chamber wall would slow down at the beginning of loading coal, so the damage of silica wall because of temperature shock could be avoided. Furthermore, the structural strength of thin oven chamber wall was entirely reasonable. Coking time was shortened from 17.5 h to 15.9 h after the wall was thinned, and the annual output of dry whole coke was increased, they could bring better economic benefits.
