摘　　要：概述二通厂立体停车楼（设计）项目中BIM的应用。针对该项目详细阐述BIM设计的组织架构、工作流程、应用软件和数据生产。通过项目建立适应于BIM设计的原则与标准。以二通厂立体停车楼项目为载体，BIM设计数据生产技术在设计、建造、施工组织等项目设施方面得到具体应用。BIM application of ERTONG bus station stereo parking building （design） is outlined. The organization structure, workflow, application software and data production of BIM design are described in detail. Principles and standards suitable for BIM design are established. BIM design data production technology is specifically applied in the design, construction, construction organization and other project facilities in this project.
