摘　　要：分析首钢国际工程公司“三标一体化”管理监控体系建立的目的与意义，明确公司“三标一体化”管理监控体系部门主要管理职责，提出采取的主要措施和方法，其管理监控体系模型、项目监控工作流程模型具有管理创新性。近年内审、外审数据分析表明公司“三标一体化”管理监控体系发挥了较好的作用，公司“三标一体化”管理体系有效运行，取得较好的效果，具有较好的推广与应用价值。The aim and significance of establishing the management monitoring system with ＂an integration of three standards＂ of Shougang International Engineering Co., Ltd. are analyzed in this essay, The main management responsibility of the management monitoring system with ＂an integration of three standards＂ of Shougang International Engineering Co., Ltd. is specified. The methods and measures are put forward. Its management monitoring system model and project monitoring working process model are innovative concerning management. Analysis of stats according to examinations both inside and outside in recent years showed the management monitoring system with ＂an integration of three standards＂ of Shougang International Engineering Co., Ltd. have been operating effectively and obtaining good effects, Meaning that this system can be further promoted and apolied.
