摘  要:目的研究刺果番荔枝根提取物对正常小鼠糖耐量的影响及小鼠急性毒性。方法将正常小鼠分为模型组,阳性组,提取物高、中、低(50,25,12.5 mg·kg-1)剂量组,静脉注射葡萄糖模型组,静脉注射葡萄糖给药组(25 mg·kg-1),连续口服给药7 d后进行糖耐量测定,观察其对糖耐量的影响。采用改良寇氏法测定提取物半数致死量LD50值及其95%的可信限。结果高、中、低剂量(50,25,12.5 mg·kg-1)提取物均对葡萄糖致正常小鼠高血糖有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05),中剂量(25 mg·kg-1)提取物对静脉注射葡萄糖致正常小鼠高血糖也有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01)。LD50=151.3 mg·kg-1,95%可信限(151.3±18.4)mg·kg-1。结论刺果番荔枝根提取物可显著提高正常小鼠糖耐量。小鼠经口急性毒性属于中等毒性。Objective To study the glucose tolerance and the acute toxicity of the extract of Annona muricata root in normal mice. Methods The glucose tolerance was observed in glucose induced hyperglycemia mouse model. The LD50 and 95% confidence in- terval (CI) was calculated by improved Karber's method. Results AGE- III, AGE- II and AGE -I (50, 25, 12.5 mg kg-1 ) decreased the blood glucose in oral glucose load mice ( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ). 25 mg kg-l AGE also de- creased the blood sugar in intravenous glucose load mice (P 〈0.01 ). LD50 of the extract was 151.3mg kg-l (95% CI = 151.3 + 18.4 mg kg-l ). Conclusion The extract of Annona muricata root can significantly enhance the glucose tolerance of normal mice. Acute toxicity in mice through the mouth belongs to medium poison.
