摘 要:目的探讨葛黄汤对糖尿病小鼠血脂代谢和肝脏保护作用。方法小鼠给予高脂高糖饲养,4周后使用链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立糖尿病小鼠模型。实验分为空白对照组、损伤组、二甲双胍阳性组和葛黄汤保护组,建模后再灌胃给药4周,检测各组血清甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)及肝脏组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与模型组比较葛黄汤保护组血糖明显降低(P<0.01),小鼠体重明显呈上升趋势,肝脏脏器指数降低(P<0.01),血清中TG、TC、LDL水平降低(P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.05),HDL(P<0.01)水平升高,肝脏中的SOD、CAT(P<0.05)酶活性提高,MDA(P<0.01)含量减少。结论葛黄汤能改善糖尿病小鼠的血脂代谢,提高小鼠抵抗肝脏脂质过氧化的能力,对肝脏氧化应激反应有一定保护作用。Objective Discuss effects of Gehuang Decoction on blood lipid regulation and liver protection in diabetic mice. Methods Give high fat and high sugar diet to mice, use STZ after four weeks and establish diabetic mouse model, the experiment is divided into control group, injury group, mefformin positive group and Gehuang soup protection group, feed medicine for four weeks after established model, test triglycerides ( TG), total cholesterol ( TC ), low density lipoprotein ( LDL), high - density lipoprotein (HDL) and liver tissue of the superoxide dismutase ( SOD), catalase ( CAT), malondialdehyde (MDA) content of various groups. Results Gehuang granule group of diabetes mice' s blood sugar decreased obviously comparing with model group (P 〈0.01 ), mice' weight presents rise trend, index of hepar decreased (P 〈 0.01 ), TG, TC, LDL in serum decreased ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.05 ), HDL(P 〈 0.01 ) level rose, enzymatic activity of SOD, CAT ( P 〈 0.05 ) in hepar improved, MAD (P 〈 0.01 ) content decreased. Conclusion Gehuang Decoction can improve lipid metabolism of diabetes mice, improve a- bility of mice~ resistance to hepatic lipid peroxidation, it plays protection role to hepatic oxidative stress.
