壮医“解毒”熏洗疗法对于膀胱癌应用的研究

摘　　要：膀胱癌为当今最常见的泌尿系恶性肿瘤,是威胁人类尤其是中老年人群健康的头号杀手之一。目前膀胱癌的治疗手段还是以手术切除配合后期放化疗为主,但由于巨大的手术风险及长期放化疗所带来的毒副作用,导致患者预后痛苦及生活质量下降。壮族医药作为我国传统医药大家庭中的一员,拥有许多独具民族特色的治疗手段。文章论述壮医的"水路"理论及熏洗"解毒"疗法在膀胱癌中的应用,为使用民族医药治疗泌尿系肿瘤提供借鉴与参考。Bladder cancer is the most common urological malignancy, and it is one of the top killers of human health, especially middle - aged and elderly. At present the treatment of bladder cancer by surgical resection with the latter radiotherapy or chemo- therapy, but the risk of surgery and the long - term radiotherapy and chemotherapy induced side effects and led to the sufferings of prognosis and the poor quality of life. Zhuang medicine, one of traditional Chinese medicine, process many unique national char-acteristics on therapy. The article discusses the application of ＂ waterway＂ and ＂ detoxification＂ theories of Zhuang medicine on bladder cancer, and provides reference for the use of national medicine in the therapy of urinary tumor.
