摘　　要：目的掌握、评价青海省7家省级医疗机构法定传染病报告质量现状,探索法定传染病报告质量综合评价方法。方法对青海省部分省级医疗机构2015年1~6月法定传染病报告质量及管理情况进行调查,用TOPSIS法对其进行综合评价。结果青海省7家省级医疗机构传染病报告质量综合评价结果依次为:C、D、F、A、G、E、B,其中C机构质量最好,B机构最差,符合实际情况。结论准确率对综合评价结果影响最大,提高准确率能够促进医疗机构切实加强法定传染病报告质量综合质量的提高;TOPSIS法较单一,侧面评价方法能综合评价传染病报告总体质量,可在传染病报告质量综合管理中广泛应用,以便为法定传染病报告科学管理、科学决策提供客观、清晰的综合评价结果。Objective To master and evaluate the status of reported quality of statutory infectious diseases in seven provincial medical institutions in Qinghai Province,and to explore a comprehensive evaluation method for reporting quality of statutory infectious diseases. Methods The quality and management of statutory infectious diseases from January to June 2015 in some provincial medical institutions in Qinghai Province were investigated and comprehensively evaluated by TOPSIS. Results The comprehensive evaluation results of infectious disease reporting quality in seven provincial medical institutions in Qinghai Province were： C,D,F,A,G,E,and B. The quality of C institutions was the best,and B institutions were the worst,in line with the actual situation. Conclusion The accuracy rate has the greatest impact on the overall evaluation result. Increasing the accuracy rate can promote the medical institutions to effectively strengthen the overall quality of statutory infectious disease reporting. The TOPSIS method is relatively simple and the side evaluation method can comprehensively evaluate the overall quality of infectious disease reports,and can be reported in infectious diseases. It is widely used in comprehensive quality management to provide objective and clear comprehensive evaluation results for scientific reporting and scientific decision-making of statutory infectious diseases.
