摘 要:目的了解和掌握承德市坝上区域动物间鼠疫流行情况,为预测预报及制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法在承德市两鼠疫监测点开展达乌尔黄鼠及小型啮齿动物数量、媒介监测、细菌学及血清学监测,建立2007-2016年鼠疫监测数据库。结果 10年间野鼠密度调查2 574 hm^2,捕鼠1 721只,野鼠密度年均在0.33~0.88只/hm^2之间,总体呈现平稳趋势;小型鼠的年均捕获率在0.25%~2.43%之间,年季间波动较大;鼠体蚤指数在0.80~2.24之间,年季波动较大;10年间动物鼠疫病原学检验和血清学检测结果均为阴性。结论承德市坝上地区现阶段动物间鼠疫发生的风险较低。Objective To collect the epidemic situation of inter-animal plague in Bashang area of Chengde,so as to provide scientific basis for forecasting and formulating control strategies. Methods Quantitative,mediating,bacteriological and serological surveillance of daurian chinchilla and small rodents were carried out at two plague monitoring sites in Chengde City,and a plague surveillance database from 2007 to 2016 was established. Results Among the 10 years,the density of wild rodents was2 574 hm^2,and 1 721 rats were trapped. The annual density of wild rodents was were between 0. 33 and 0. 88/hm^2,showing a steady trend overall. The annual capture rate of small rodents was between 0. 25% and 2. 43%. The fluctuations between the seasons were relatively large. The annual index of rat flea was between 0. 80 and 2. 24,and annual fluctuations were large. The animal plague etiology test and serological test were both negative in the ten years. Conclusion The prevalence rate of plague among animals is relatively low in Bashang area of Chengde.
