石家庄市6家民营医院2013-2015年介入放射工作人员个人剂量水平调查分析

摘　　要：目的分析石家庄市民营医院介入放射工作人员个人剂量水平,了解相关工作人员受照剂量,为放射卫生防护与监督管理提供科学依据。方法采用Li F(Mg,Cu,P)热释光个人剂量计(TLD),按照GBZ 128-2016《职业性外照射个人剂量监测规范》的要求,每3个月定期对介入放射工作人员进行个人剂量监测。结果 2013-2015年监测石家庄市6家民营医院介入放射工作人员152人,人均年当量剂量分别为0.36、0.54和0.95 m Sv/a,监测结果中未出现超过20 m Sv/a的介入放射工作人员。3年间民营医院介入放射工作人员实际监测人数波动频繁,但个人剂量计送检率逐年上升,2013年个人剂量计送检率为57.1%,2014年送检率上升到81.5%,2015年送检率最高为94.1%。结论石家庄市民营医院的介入放射符合国家相关要求工作,介入放射工作人员个人剂量在逐年增大,人员变动频繁,监管需加强。Objective To provide a scientific basis for radiological protection and management in Hebei Province by analyzing the individual dose level of interventional radiology workers in Shijiazhuang City. Methods Thermo Luminescence Dosimetry（TLD） of Li F（Mg,Cu,P） was applied to regularly detect the personal dose of occupational external exposure among interventional radiology workers according to the Specification for Personal Dose Monitoring of Occupational External Exposure（GBZ 128-2016）. Results Totally 152 interventional radiology workers were monitored from 2013 to 2015,and the average annual effective dose was 0. 36 m Sv/a,0. 54 m Sv/a and 0. 95 m Sv/a respectively. There was no worker with the individual dose over 20 m Sv/a. The number of operators that were covered by actual monitoring changed largely during the three years,but the submission rate of TLD had incresed over the years. The submission rate of TLD went up from 57. 1% in 2013 to 81. 5% in 2014 and to94. 1% in 2015. Conclusion The interventional radiation of private hospitals in Shijiazhuang meets the relevant national requirements. Individual doses of interventional radiation workers are increasing year by year. Changes in personnel are frequent and the supervision need to be strengthened.
