摘　　要：目的查找乐亭县托幼机构手足口病暴发的危险因素,为制定托幼机构手足口病防控措施提供科学依据。方法制定手足口病病例定义,开展现场流行病学调查分析,采集患儿肛拭子样本进行肠道病毒核酸检测。结果某托幼机构2016年10月25~28日发生11例手足口病患儿,罹患率为7.59%,病原体分型为Cox A16。患儿分布于两个班级,小班6例,中班5例;3岁组、4岁组各5例,5岁组1例;男性6例、女性5例,男女之比为1.2∶1。结论某托幼机构报告的是一起由肠道病毒Cox A16引起的手足口病暴发疫情。加强对幼儿园管理,提高师生防病能力,切实落实晨午检及传染病防控制度,对防控手足口病意义重大。Objective To find the risk factors of nurseries in Leting County in the hand-foot-mouth disease outbreak,and to provide scientific basis for kindergartens hand-foot-mouth disease prevention and control measures. Methods To make a case definition of hand-foot-mouth disease,to carry out epidemiological investigation and analysis on the spot,and to collect the swab samples of the children. Results In October 2016,11 cases occurred on 25 ~ 28,the incidence rate was 7. 59%,and the pathogen was CoxA16. Distributed in 2 classes,class of 6 cases,5 cases of middle class. 3 years old group,the age group of each accounted for 5 cases,male in 6 cases,female in 5 cases,the ratio of male to female was 1. 2 ∶ 1. Conclusion Report of a kindergarten is by enterovirus Cox A16 caused by hand-foot-mouth disease outbreaks,strengthening the management of the kindergarten,teachers and students to improve the ability of disease prevention,and earnestly implement the morning afternoon inspection and infectious disease prevention and control system of great significance to the prevention and control of HFMD.
