摘 要:互联网消费金融作为互联网时代下的新兴金融模式,具有促进消费、拉动经济增长的作用。近年来,在我国"互联网+"发展战略以及政府利好政策的支持下,互联网消费金融电商模式、公司模式以及P2P模式等多种互联网消费金融模式正迈入方兴未艾的关键发展时期。但由于互联网消费金融业务既具有传统金融特征,又具有互联网技术特征,因此现行的金融监管方式难以适应其发展需求,导致跑路事件频发,不利于互联网消费金融行业的进一步发展。因此,建立并完善互联网消费金融监管基础体系,针对不同业务模式有的放矢进行监管,健全互联网消费金融行业制度,建立新的监管体系势在必行。Internet consumption finance,as an emerging financial model under the Internet era,has the effect of promoting consumption and driving economic growth.In recent years,under the support of the "Internet +" development strategy in our country and proper government policies,Internet consumer finance business model,corp mode and P2 P mode are entering the key period of development.But due to the Internet consumer finance business has both traditional financial characteristics,and Internet technology,the present financial regulation mode is difficult to adapt to its needs,resulting in a number of run away incident,which is not conducive to the further development of internet consumer finance.Therefore,we should establish and perfect the Internet consumer financial regulation for different business model,adhere to the principle of targeted regulation and improve the system of Internet consumption,and set up the new regulatory system.
