摘　　要：我国通用航空产业发展面临有效供给不足、持续增长乏力、创新能力有限等诸多困境,推进供给侧结构性改革成为摆脱困境的关键。当前需要解决三个关键问题:一要深刻认识现阶段产业链各环节呈现的主要特征,二要科学把握供给侧结构性改革主攻方向,三要重点落实供给侧结构性改革重大举措。只有通过加快技术创新改革制造业产品供给结构,通过商业模式创新降低运营企业成本,通过完善服务业基础建设构建服务保障产业体系,才可能进一步推进我国通用航空产业创新发展。The development of China’s general aviation industry is facing many difficulties such as insufficient effective supply,lack of sustained growth and limited innovation ability where the key to solving the dilemma is to promote the structural supply-side reform.At present,we need to solve three key problems：First,we should deeply understand the main features of each link of the industry chain at the present stage.Second,we should grasp the main direction of the structural reform of the supply side.Third,we should implement the major measures of the structural reform of the supply side.Only by the following three ways can we further promote the innovation development of the general aviation industry in our country.We have to innovate business model and reduce the cost of business operation,then perfect the service infrastructure foundation and build the service industry guarantee system,So as to promote the innovation in general aviation in our country.
