摘　　要：目的:了解苏州市中医医院(以下简称"我院")门诊中成药与化学药的联合用药情况,促进临床合理联合用药。方法:抽取2016年6—12月我院门诊处方2 400张,对其中1 374张(占57.25%)中成药与化学药联合应用处方的用药合理性进行评价与分析。结果:1 374张门诊中成药与化学药联合应用处方中,不合理用药处方392张(占28.53%),主要表现为适应证不适宜、用法与用量不适宜和配伍不当;其中,配伍不当处方所占比例最高,为61.73%(242/392)。结论:我院门诊中成药与化学药联合应用不合理现象较为普遍,其中因配伍不当导致的不合理用药所占比例最高,需要加强监管,进一步给予干预。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the drug combination of Chinese patent medicine and pharmaceutical chemicals in outpatient in Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital ＂）,so as to promote clinical rational drug combination. METHODS： 2 400 outpatient prescriptions during Jun.-Dec. 2016 were extracted,of which 1 374 prescriptions（ 57. 25%） with drug combination of Chinese patent medicine and pharmaceutical chemicals were reviewed and analyzed in terms of its rationality. RESULTS： Of the 1 374 prescriptions with drug combination of Chinese patent medicine, there were 392（ 28. 53%） irrational prescriptions, mainly performed as inappropriate indications, improper compatibility of medicines, unsuitable usages and dosages; of which improper compatibility of medicines had taken the highest proportion of 61. 73%（ 242/392）. CONCLUSIONS： There is widespread irrational drug combination of Chinese patent medicine and pharmaceutical chemicals in outpatient in our hospital,especially irrational drug application induced by improper compatibility of medicines,which needs further monitoring and intervention.
