处方点评促进合理用药的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨处方点评对提高北京大学口腔医院(以下简称"我院")合理用药的影响。方法:2014—2017年每月随机抽取我院某日的全部门急诊处方,对处方评价指标和不合理处方情况进行统计分析。结果:2014—2017年,我院处方平均用药品种数分别为1.49、1.37、1.36和1.42种;处方平均金额分别为35.09、37.40、31.19和33.49元;抗菌药物使用率分别为6.57%、6.68%、6.48%和6.18%;注射剂使用率分别为1.89%、1.38%、0.98%和1.25%;激素类药物使用率分别为1.59%、1.19%、1.63%和2.06%;药品通用名使用率均为100%;处方不合理率分别为0.66%、0.52%、0.43%和0.34%。结论:我院各项处方评价指标均较为合理,各年度处方合理率均较高,可见持续开展的处方点评促进了处方合理性的提高。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the effects of prescription review on improving rational use of drugs in Peking University Hospital of Stomatology（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）. METHODS： All prescriptions on a certain day were randomly selected every month during 2014-2017,and statistical analysis was conducted on evaluation indicators and irrational prescriptions. RESULTS： During 2014-2017,the average number of prescription drugs were respectively 1. 49,1. 37,1. 36 and 1. 42; the average drug cost were respectively 35. 09,37. 40,31. 19 and 33. 49 yuan.The use rate of antibiotics were respectively 6. 57%,6. 68%,6. 48% and 6. 18%. The use rate of injections were respectively 1. 89%,1. 38%,0. 98% and 1. 25%. The percentage of hormone prescriptions were respectively 1. 59%,1. 19%,1. 63% and 2. 06%. The use rate of drugs prescribed by generic name was 100%. The rate of irrational prescriptions were 0. 66%,0. 52%,0. 43% and 0. 34%,respectively. CONCLUSIONS： All prescription evaluation indicators in our hospital are relatively rational,and the rational rate of prescriptions in each year is relatively high. It can be seen that the prescription review can promote the improvement of prescription rationality.
