摘  要:采用机械球磨法将HMX和RDX放在一起进行分析处理,制备出平均粒径为250.1 nm的HMX/RDX共晶炸药,并对其原料进行了表征和测试。结果表明:纳米HMX/RDX共晶微观形貌呈类球形,粒度呈正态分布;机械球磨作用并未改变炸药原有的分子结构和表面元素,但有新的晶相生成;纳米HMX/RDX共晶的热分解峰温介于原料HMX和RDX之间,分解主产物为N2O,另有少量CO2、NO2、NO、H2O、CH4生成;HMX/RDX机械共晶的撞击感度和摩擦感度比原料和共混物低,但热感度高于原料HMX和RDX,5s爆发点只有196.4℃。HMX and RDX are put together for analysis and processing by mechanical ball milling to pre- pare HMX/RDX co-crystal explosives with an average particle size of 250.1 nm, and their raw materials are characterized and tested. The results show that the morphology of nanometer HMX/RDX co-crystals is spherical like and the particle size is normal distribution; the molecular structure and surface element do not change after mechanical ball milling, however, new crystal phase appears in the co-crystals; the peak temperature in DSC trace of HMX/RDX is higher than that of raw RDX and lower than that of raw HMX ; their main products of thermal decomposition are N20, and some CO2, NO2, NO, H20, and CH4 are al- so produced; the impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity of HMX/RDX mechanical eutectic are lower than that of raw materials and blends; meanwhile, thermal sensitivity of HMX/RDX is higher than the raw materials, and its 5 s burst point is only 196.4 ~C.
