摘　　要：目的广式家具是我国地方传统家具的杰出代表,也是中国家具走向世界的一朵奇葩,具有鲜明的广东地域特色和西洋艺术旨趣。深入研究广式家具的设计思想,不仅可以揭示其内在规律,而且还能为其现代复兴提供方法指导。方法通过文献分析与实地考察,研究广式家具的设计思想。结论在材质工艺上,其率真豁达,求真大度,追求材美工巧;在造型装饰上,其又求新善变,兼容并蓄,勇于中西交融;在功用审美上,则务实亲民,商业世俗,能兼顾百姓日常之需。广式家具不仅传承了中国造物的传统精神,而且也饱受当时广东政治经济、工艺文化和社会思潮的影响,形成了独具风貌的广东地方设计风格。Guang style furniture is an excellent representative of local traditional furniture in China. It is also a wonderful work of Chinese furniture to the world, which has distinctive Cantonese regional characteristics and western art interest. In-depth study of the design ideas of Guang-style furniture can not only reveal its inherent laws, but also provide guidance for its rehabilitation. Through literature retrieval and field investigation which finds design ideas of Guang style furniture. In the material and craft, Guang style furniture＇s design idea is sincere, open-minded and magnanimous, which pursues beautiful material and craft. In the form and decoration, it also seeks the new kind of change, and the combination of Chinese culture and western art. In the function and aesthetic, it pursues pragmatic, pro-civilian, commercial secular, which can accommodate the daily needs of the people. In the aspect of design idea, Guang style furniture not only inherits the Chinese traditional spirit of creation, but also affected by Cantonese political economy, technological culture and social thought, forms a unique features of Cantonese local design style.
