摘 要:目的:研究人中黄不同提取物的体外抗甲型流感病毒(IVA-H_1N_1)作用,为人中黄临床用药提供科学依据。方法:采用MTT法,观察样品对MDCK细胞的毒性和样品抑制IVA-H_1N_1的致病变作用。结果:人中黄水提取部位(R_3)、正丁醇提取部位(R_2)的细胞毒性均较低,乙酸乙酯部位(R_1)对MDCK细胞有一定毒性。初步的作用机制研究表明,在抗病毒生物合成组给药方式下R_3有较强抗IVA-H_1N_1的活性,在直接作用于病毒组给药方式下,只有R_2具有抗IVA-H_1N_1的活性,而在抗病毒吸附组给药方式下均无抗IVA-H_1N_1活性。结论:人中黄水提取部位和正丁醇提取部位均具有抗IVA-H_1N_1的活性。OBJECTIVE To study the anti-influenza virus( IVA-H1N1) activity of different extracts from Pulvis Glycyrrhizae Praeparatus,provide the scientific basis for the clinical use of Pulvis Glycyrrhizae Praeparatus. METHODS By using MTT method,the effect of the sample on the cytotoxicity of MDCK cells and the inhibition of IVA-H1N1 were observed. RESULTS The cell toxicities of water extract( R3) and n-butyl alcohol(R2) extract from Pulvis Glycyrrhizae Praeparatus were low. Ethyl acetate(R1) extract had certain toxicity on MDCK cells. Preliminary study on the mechanism of action showed that R3 had strong anti-influenza virus( IVA-H1N1) activity in the anti-viral biosynthesis group,only R2 had anti-influenza activity under the direct action of the virus group,all of them had no effect of the anti-influenza virus in the anti-viral adsorption group. CONCLUSION The water extract( R3) and n-butyl alcohol( R2) extract have the activity of anti-influenza virus(IVA-H1N1).
