摘　　要：目的:介绍"基于肾功能水平用药警示系统"的功能及使用等。方法:从该系统的研发工具及平台、数据库的构建、功能模块、运行模式、缺陷和难点以及效果等方面进行评价和分析。结果:2017年5月-8月,系统提示警示信息数1 443条,医生接受警示数1 031条,占71.41%。结论:该系统切实可行,能及时准确给予医生肾功能不全患者的用药剂量、频次及是否禁用等提示,保障了患者的用药安全。OBJECTIVE To introduce the function and operation of drug monitoring system based on creatinine clearance rate（Ccr）. METHODS The system was evaluated and analyzed from the research and development tools and platform,building database,functional modules,running mode,characteristics,defects and difficulties,and effectiveness o f the monitoring system. RESULTS During the period from May 2017 to August 2017,doctors received 1 031 of 1 443（71. 41%） warnings provided by the system. CONCLUSION Timely and accurate dosage of administration and frequency or whether to disable are given to the doctor to ensure safe drug use in patients with renal insufficiency.
