摘  要:在盘形悬式绝缘子表面涂覆RTV涂料是一种极为有效的防污闪措施,但RTV防污闪涂料会在一定程度上影响盘形悬式瓷或玻璃绝缘子空气中的冲击击穿耐受性能。分别以国网公司特高压工程用盘形瓷、玻璃绝缘子不同吨位产品为研究对象,进行空气中冲击击穿耐受电压试验,并通过ANSYS仿真软件对试品进行建模和场强分布情况分析。结果表明:对于机械强度等级不大于210 k N的产品,其空气中冲击击穿试验冲击幅值下降为2.4 p.u.;对于机械强度等级不小于300 k N的产品,幅值下降为2.2 p.u.。因此,对于工厂复合化盘形悬式绝缘子,应根据不同机械强度等级,给出相应空气中冲击击穿试验冲击电压幅值的判定准则。It is a very effective measure to prevent pollution flashover through coating RTV coating on the surface of disc suspension insulator, but the RTV anti-pollution flashover coating will affect the resistance to impulse puncture test in air of disc suspension porcelain or glass insulators to some extent. The impulse puncture tests in air were conducted on different tonnages of disc and glass insulators used in the UHV project of State Grid Corporation, then the samples were modeled and their field strength were analyzed by ANSYS simulation software. The results show that the impact amplitude of impulse puncture tests in air decreases to 2.4 p.u. for the product with mechanical strength grade no more than 210 k N,and the impact amplitude decreases to 2.2 p.u. for the product with mechanical strength grade no less than 300 k N. Therefore, for the factory composite disc suspension insulator, the judgment criteria of impact voltage amplitude of the impulse puncture tests in air should be given according to the different mechanical strength grades of products.
