摘  要:以N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,在无保护气氛下,以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)为原料,通过水溶液热聚合法制备四元共聚高吸水树脂。采用正交实验法研究了反应条件对树脂吸水率的影响,并在其最优条件下对该吸水树脂的溶胀动力学、重复吸水率、耐热保水性、离心保水率和吸盐率等进行探究。结果表明,当p H值=6,CMC、APS、NMBA占单体总质量的百分含量分别为2%、0.7%、0.08%,单体物质的量比为n(AM)∶n(AA)∶n(MA)=1∶2.5∶0.5时,合成的四元高吸水树脂的吸水率高达1 735 g/g,生理盐水吸液率达112 g/g,树脂具有优良性能。Using acrylic acid( AA), acrylamide( AM), maleic anhydride( MA) and carboxymethylcellulose sodium( CMC) as raw materials, N, N'-methylene bisacrylamide( NMBA) as crosslinker, and ammonium persulphate( APS) as initiator, quaternary copolymer superabsorbent was synthesized according to aqueous thermal polymerization without any protective gas. The influence of reaction conditions on the water absorption of resin was studied by orthogonal experiment,and the dynamic swelling kinetics,repeated bibulous rate,heat retention,centrifugal water retention rate and salt absorption rate of the absorbent resin were also explored under the optical condition. The results show that the optimized polymerization conditions are as follows: pH value = 6,ω( CMC) = 2%,ω( APS) = 0. 7%,ω( NMBA)= 0. 08%,mole ratio of AM:AA:MA = 1:2. 5:0. 5. The absorptions of superabsorbent values are 1 735 g/g in distilled water and 112 g/g in normal saline. The resin has excellent properties.
