摘  要:以聚烯烃热塑性弹性体(POE)作为基体材料,苯乙烯(St)作为唯一接枝单体,制备聚烯烃热塑性弹性体接枝苯乙烯,考察螺杆转速、加工温度以及引发剂用量、单体用量对接枝物接枝率的影响。结果表明,合适的转速、加工温度、引发剂用量以及单体用量的情况下,最高的接枝率可达7.81%。Polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer( POE) was used as matrix material and styrene( St)was used as the sole graft monomers for the preparation of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer grafted styrene.The effect of screw rotation speed,processing temperature,the dosage of initiator and monomeron grafting rate was studied. The results show that the highest grafting rate can reach 7. 81% in the case of suitable rotating speed,processing temperature,initiator dosage and monomer dosage.
