摘 要:将多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)添加到聚丙烯(PP)/线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)合金材料中,采用旋转流变仪测试了样品的动态流变性能,采用热分析、扫描电子显微镜和万能试验机测试复合材料的耐热性和力学性能。结果表明,对于PP/LLDPE合金材料,少量MWCNT的加入不会显著增加复合材料的黏度,复合材料基体的松弛时间不受碳纳米管的影响,当MWCNT加入量超过3%时,局部团聚的碳纳米管会出现一定的相分离行为,MWCNT团聚使局部的分子链运动受限,但总体上还是典型的均相材料。碳纳米管的加入能有效提高PP/LLDPE复合材料的耐热性,当MWCNT的质量分数达到5%时,热失重起始温度升高90℃。加入MWCNT后,LLDPE的分散尺寸减小,相界面的面积增加,通过在冲击时发生相分离和变形吸收能量,在加入3%MWCNT时,冲击强度提高24%,达到20.5 k J/m^2。The multi-walled carbon nanotubes( MWCNTs) in different amounts were added into the polypropylene( PP)/linear low density polyethylene( LLDPE) alloy to study their rheological and mechanical properties. The result show that MWCNTs could effetely increase the impact strength and heat stability. For PP/LLDPE alloy,the addition of a small amount of MWCNTs would not significantly increase the viscosity of the composite,the relaxation time of the matrix of composite materials is not subject to the influence of MWCNTs, when carbon nanotubes added more than 3 wt%, local entanglement carbon nanotubes will induce a certain phase separation behavior due to MWCNTs reunion. TG results show that the thermal decomposition onset temperature increases by 90 ℃ when 5 wt% MWCNTs addition. After inducing MWCNTs to PP/LLDPE system,the size of dispersion phase of the LLDPE is reduced,which are due to the phase separation and the phase interface deformation during the impact process. And the impact strength increases to 20. 5 k J/m2 with 3 wt%MWCNTs addition.
