摘 要:为了改善聚苯乙烯(PS)选区激光烧结的成型质量,采用机械混合的方式制备了PS/聚乙烯(PE)混合粉末材料。在激光功率30 W,分层厚度0.25 mm,扫描方式XYSTA等因素不变的条件下,分别研究了扫描速度、预热温度和扫描间距对PS/PE烧结件X、Y、Z向尺寸精度的影响及规律,根据综合平衡法原则通过正交试验和极差分析优选出了最佳的工艺参数组合。结果表明,就PS/PE混合粉末烧结件X向精度而言,扫描速度对其影响最大,预热温度最小;就PS/PE混合粉末烧结件Y向精度而言,预热温度对其影响最大,扫描间距最小;就PS/PE混合粉末烧结件Z向精度而言,扫描速度对其影响最大,预热温度最小;最佳工艺参数组合为:扫描速度1 600 mm/s,预热温度80℃,扫描间距0.31 mm;此时烧结件X、Y、Z向尺寸相对偏差绝对值仅为1.28%、1.32%、1.45%。In order to improve the quality of polystyrene selective laser sintering, polystyrene/polyethylene( PS/PE) mixed powder materials were prepared by mechanical mixing. Under the condition of laser power 30 W,layer thickness 0. 25 mm and scanning mode XYSTA and so on,the effect and the law of scanning velocity, preheating temperature and scanning distance on the dimensional precision of PS/PE hybrid powder sintered parts were studied. The optimal combinations of process parameters of sintered parts size accuracy were determined by orthogonal experiment and extreme difference analysis according to the principle of comprehensive balance method. The results show that the scanning velocity effect on dimensional precision in X direction of the specimen is maximum,and the preheating temperature is minimum; the effect of preheating temperature on dimensional precision of the specimen ' s Y direction is maximum, and the scanning distance is minimal. Scanning velocity to the Z direction dimensional precision of the specimen is maximum, and preheating temperature is minimum. The optimum process parameters are as follows:scanning speed 1 600 mm/s, preheating temperature 80 ℃, scanning distance 0. 31 mm. The absolute values of the relative deviations in X,Y and Z directions of the sintered parts are only 1. 28%,1. 32% and 1. 45%.
