摘 要:QY9611是一种新型的改性双马来酰亚胺树脂。利用DSC动态升温法获得了QY9611树脂的固化反应热流曲线。采用旋转流变仪对QY9611树脂的化学流变性进行研究,获得了它的动态黏温特性和等温黏度特性。在此基础上,通过双阿伦尼乌斯经验方程拟合,建立了QY9611双马来酰亚胺树脂的化学流变模型方程,并利用化学流变模型方程与实际数据进行了模拟验证。验证结果表明,建立的化学流变模型与实际测试数据基本吻合,可以用来模拟低黏度工艺窗口的流变行为,为复合材料的成型加工提供了理论依据和基础数据。QY9611 is a new type of modified bismaleimide resin. In this paper,the curing curve of curing reaction of QY9611 bismaleimide resin was obtained by DSC measurements. The chemical rheological properties of QY9611 resin were studied using a rotary rheometer. The dynamic viscosity and isothermal viscosity of QY9611 resin were obtained. A chemical rheological model of QY9611 bismaleimide resin was established by fitting with the double Arrhenius empirical equation, and the model was verified by experimental data. The verification results show that the established chemical rheological model is basically consistent with the experimental data and can be used to simulate the rheological behavior of the processing window,providing a theoretical basis for the molding of composite materials.
