摘 要:研究了在室温下空气环境中电子束辐射聚苯硫醚过程中,不同辐射剂量对聚苯硫醚的表面化学结构、热性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在电子束辐射下,聚苯硫醚表面发生氧化,且氧含量随着辐射剂量的增大而升高。由于辐射所致结构变化,聚苯硫醚制件表面部分的结晶温度和熔点随着辐射剂量的增大呈现先升高后降低的趋势。然而,聚苯硫醚样品内部的元素组成、热性能和力学性能几乎不受辐射剂量的影响。In this study,polyphenylenesulfide( PPS) was irradiated by electron beam( EB) in the atmosphere at room temperature. The elements composition, thermal and mechanical properties of PPS irradiated to various doses were investigated. The results suggest that the EB radiation could oxidize the surface of PPS and the oxygen content on the surface increases with the increasing of radiation dose. The crystallization temperature and the melting temperature first increase and then decrease due to radiation induced structural changes. However, the thermal and mechanical properties of the bulk as well as the internal elements composition are almost unchanged during EB radiation.
